Let's Get To Know Each Other!
We understand that every client is different and has their own unique situation. Prior to securing an appointment/ membership, all clients are required to schedule a consultation. This will allow us to see if you are a good fit for us and we are a good fit for you. Our ultimate goal is to build a happy and healthy hair experience for you! During the consultation we will request pictures of your/ your child's hair in its natural state. These photos are for our records and will not be shared without your consent. All consultations are non-refundable.
The consultation will be done over the phone and via text.
***A consultation is not required for our returning clients.
CONSULTATIONS MUST BE BOOKED WITH AT MINIMUM 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT SO THAT WE CAN SCHEDULE THE APPROPRIATE STYLIST FOR YOUR NEEDS AND HAVE THE NECESSARY MATERIAL FOR YOUR SERVICE.
