When booking an appointment, our system will automatically send a confirmation text message. Please be advised that your appointment is NOT confirmed until we message you directly. Appointments must be confirmed prior to your visit. Our system may send an automated message confirming your appointment. Please disregard that message. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response and confirmation via text by one of our staff members. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for each appointment. After the 15-minute grace period, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Should your appointment be accepted, a late fee of $30 will apply. For rescheduled appointments, your initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required.
No call/ no show/ no communication will result in forfeiting your deposit and possibly being banned from booking.
Our normal business hours are 9 am to 6pm. We are closed on Mondays , Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We are able to accommodate early morning and evening appointments for an additional fee.
A holiday fee will apply for observed holidays.

A consultation is required for all new clients and must be booked at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Yes! Hair is included with all knotless braid/ feed in braid services. This ensures that your hair is ready for install before you arrive to your appointment, and it saves you a trip to the beauty supply store. It also ensures that you receive the best quality hair.

A deposit is required to reserve your time slot. This ensures that the material needed for your service is available as well as the time slot is secure. The deposit is credited toward your final balance. In the event that you do not arrive to your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable as we unfortunately may not be able to secure another appointment for your slot or return the items purchased for your service.
We understand that we are getting to know each other. We can assure you that we want you to love your hair. With that said, we know sometimes things don't go as planned. We ask that you communicate with us during your service so that we have the opportunity to perform to your liking. In the event that you make it home and you notice something is off or not working for you, please text/call us within 48 hours to give us the opportunity to fix it. We offer a 48 hour grace period. Unfortunately, after the 48 hour grace period, it is the owner/stylist's discretion on how to proceed.
While we service many adults, we are known for servicing tender headed clients. Services for children often times take longer due to frequent restroom breaks, frequent rest breaks to get through the service and more. We try our best to accommodate all of our little clients as well as our adult clients by offering snacks (for an additional fee), watching tv, singing your favorite tunes on our Alexa devices and more. Taking all of this in consideration, our pricing is the same for adults and children.
We offer shampoo and blow dry services for an additional fee. If you or your child arrive with a scalp that is not clean, we will request that the shampoo/ blow dry service be added on. If you do not agree, the services may be cancelled.
Please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you have a synthetic hair sensitivity/ allergy. We will provide pre-treated hair for your service but cannot guarantee that sensitivity will not occur as we are NOT medical professionals. We are not held liable or responsible for any sensitivity caused as we have no way of knowing what the allergy is stemming from. For allergy specifics- please consult with a medical professional.

RQB cares about your safety as well as the safety of our stylists. We are a salon that typically serves all ages and are sometimes entrusted with your children. As a result, all of our doors and windows are alarmed. If you intend to leave your child in the building with the stylist, you must arrive to pick up your child prior to the service completion. We are not a licensed childcare facility and reserve the right to call the authorities in the event that you do not pick up your child within a reasonable time.
